🧩 Parent Coaching Services

Support for Everyday Challenges, Backed by ABA Expertise

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), I offer personalized coaching services for parents looking for practical, research-based guidance. Whether you’re navigating new behaviors, feeling overwhelmed, or just want to feel more confident as a parent, I’m here to help.

💬 What Is Parent Coaching?

Parent coaching sessions are one-on-one virtual meetings designed to help you:

  • Understand your child’s behavior
  • Learn effective strategies based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Reduce challenging behaviors at home
  • Build new skills and routines
  • Get answers to your parenting questions in a judgment-free space

No diagnosis required. You do not need to be receiving formal ABA therapy to benefit from consulting.

🛠️ Common Topics Parents Ask About:

  • Daily routines (bedtime, mealtime, transitions)
  • Tantrums and meltdowns
  • Toilet training
  • Self-stimulatory behaviors (stimming)
  • IEP preparation or school concerns
  • Sibling interactions
  • Setting boundaries without guilt

👥 Who It’s For:

  • Parents of children with autism or behavioral challenges
  • Families on ABA waitlists or seeking extra support
  • Caregivers looking for real-world tools that actually work
